The Great Candy Caper!

Mrs. Isaacs gave out class three pieces of candy: cherry, sour, and licorice. She then asked us to write what we did and didn't like. Listed below is our opinions. In class we tried three pieces of candy: cherry, licorice, and sour candy. I liked the cherry best because the taste was awesome. It was the best cherry candy I have ever tasted. It had green dots and it was in the shape of a heart. I never liked cherries, but this is the first cherry candy I have ever loved. The cherry candy tasted better than the licorice and the sour candy. The licorice was bad because it tasted like rotten root beer. The sour candy wasn’t that good because I was expecting something sour… it was not sour at all. I think the cherry candy was way better. I liked the cherry candy best.

I like it because it was really sour! I didn’t like the licorice because it was too strong. I didn’t like the cherry because I don’t like fake cherry. CANDY!

My favorite candy of the three (sour, cherry and licorice) was definitely the sour candy. It was a little sweet, not hard at all, and pretty chewy for the most part. This is the candy that really describes me.

  The cherry was too sweet, and the licorice was just … well, I don’t even know what that was.

So over all, my favorite candy was the sour candy.

I think candy is the best thing on earth! Out of the three candies I tried,I thought the cherry was the best. The reason I liked the cherry candy was because it was slighty sour and it was chewy. And that’s why I liked the cherry and not the licorice and sour candy.

     The other two candies that we tried were Black Licorice and Sour Hearts. I didn’t like those two candies because the Black Licorice tasted like rootbeer, yuck! I didn’t like the sourhearts because it wasn’t sour enough and it had an extruemly awful taste. I didn’t like the licorice because it smelled like playdough and it tasted like jellybeans.

     I liked the cherry candy was because it was slightly sour and it was chewy. That’s way I liked the cherry and not the Sour Hearts or the Black Licorice.

Out of the three candies (cherry, sour, and black licorice), I think the cherry was my favorite. It was the least sour, and it tasted exactly like a cherry.

     I didn't like the sour candy because it had a HORRIBLE aftertaste! It made my mouth water WAY TOO MUCH!

  

   I didn't like the licorice at all. If I had to choose between eating a cockroach or the licorice, it would HAVE   to be the COCKROACH ! Plus, black licorice is my least favorite type of licorice. It got stuck in my braces, too. That’s why I didn't like the licorice.

LazyBones Sour Candy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the sour candy the best.  The reason is, the sour candy makes my mouth pucker, and I like it. But I didn’t like the cherry or the licorice candy because the cherry candy was way too gooey and the licorice candy tasted like vomit. And plus, it smelled like Play-doh!!!!!!! :( Yuck!!!  So, this is why the sour candy was the best.

          I did not like the Sour Candies because it was too sour. It also made my mouth water. I DID NOT like the licorice at all because it tastes like puke (I’ve never eaten puke but that is off topic).

My Amazing Taste of Taste  

Out of all of the candy that I tasted I liked the sour candy. It made my eyes squint and had this amazing taste that which gave it a burst of flavor when I put it in my mouth.

I did not like the licorice because it had this coffee taste. So when I ate the licorice, I felt like I had the smell of coffee in my mouth. It made my tongue feel numb.

The cherry candy tasted okay. It had a sugary inside (which I loved) and a jellybean outside (which I kind of liked). That made the candy chewy. I kind of liked it because the candy had a weird taste. It was a mix of cherry and strawberry. I guess that might make it have a better burst of flavor.

My Favorite candy

          My classmates and I tried candy to see what our opinion was. The candy was sour, cherry, and licorice.

          My favorite candy was the sour candy. I liked it because it wasn’t sour and it had a good taste. For example, the aftertaste wasn’t sour.

          The licorice, well all I have to say is, IT WAS TERRIBLE! The taste was bad and so was the after taste.

          The cherry was okay because compared to the sour candy it was terrible, but compared to the licorice candy it is amazing.

          I think my classmates would agree that the sour was the best, and so would my teacher, but who knows.

This is an opinion piece is about The Great Candy Taste Test and   I think that the sour candy was best.                                      

Because it’s a candy that’s sour, sweet, and my eyes watered at the taste of it. It isn’t a warhead, but stayed at the top of the yummy meter all throughout the taste test. It wasn’t perfect, but it made my taste buds stand on end and it hit the spot like an arrow to a target. Overall, it towered over all the candy in comparison the licorice was terrible because it tasted like dried hard sanitizer. BLUECH!!!!!!! It was the worst candy I’ve ever had. My taste buds hid in fear of that TERRIBLE candy. The cherry candy was okay. It was a whole lot better than the Licorice. So that only leaves the sour candy as my favorite both sour and sweet unlike Mr. Terrible Licorice.

This opinion piece is about my favorite candy. I liked the cherry the best. It was good because it had a really sweet and strong taste, and it was really chewy and dissolved in my mouth. The only problem was that it had a bad after taste. The sour candy was not really sour at all, but it made me twitch. I HATED the licorice! It smelled like play dough, and it taste like my mom’s pork chops. I think everyone hated it! That is why I loved the cherry the best.

 My favorite candy is the sour CANDY BECAUSE the taste lasted a long time. The flavor also made my mouth water. it tasted amazing. I loved It like I love cotton candy!!!!!!!!!!! 

I think the sour candy WAS BETTER than the LICORICE BECAUSE the licorice tasted like a fruit roll up that was rotten.  The cherry candy was just okay.

And that’s why I liked the sour candy the best.

Our class tried three candies (sour, licorice, and cherry).The sour was best. It would be my favorite because it had a GREAT taste and aftertaste. I think licorice and cherry both had a TERRIBLE taste, and the licorice had an awful smell.

So now you know that my favorite candy is the sour candy.

My favorite candy was the sour candy because it was sour and chewy. It got sweet after the sour went away, which was the down side of the sour candy.

       I did not like the black licorice because it did not have a good after taste. It tasted good at first then started to get the taste of root beer then it started to go down to the taste of DIRT. That is why I liked the sour candy and did not like the black licorice.

In class, we tried three types of candy: sour, cherry, and licorice. I liked the licorice better because the sour candy and cherry candy got stuck on my teeth, and I did not like that very much. Also, the sour and cherry candy tasted nasty. The sour made my stomach hurt because it was too bitter. The cherry hurt my stomach because it did not taste right.

This is why I liked the licorice the best!

My favorite candy was the sour candy. I liked the way it made my mouth water unlike the other two, and also, I liked how it was easy to chew. I did not like the cherry because it had a bad after taste, and didn’t like the licorice because the taste was horrible. Compared to the cherry and sour, the licorice smelled and tasted too strong. In my opinion, it was really bad. And that’s why I liked the sour the best.

I think the sour candy is the best candy because I like how it is sour and chewy. I like how my mouth gets watery when I chew the sour candy.

I think the licorice candy was BAD because it tastes like metal. When I had the licorice candy, it had the worst aftertaste, its aftertaste was like 60 minutes. The licorice was the worst piece of candy I have ever had.

The cherry piece of candy was okay because it was not BAD like the licorice, and it was not AWESOME like the sour candy but, it was ok. The cherry was like eating ice cream and green beans together, something I like and something I don’t like. That is why I think the cherry candy was the best.
